Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When/Where is "Trunk or Treat"?
A: "Trunk or Treat" is Friday October 31st from 6:30 to 8:30PM at the Church. For the church's address and directions look at the Contact Or Visit Us Page
Q: What is "Trunk or Treat"?
A: "Trunk or Treat" is an alternative to Trick or Treating. Members from the church will decorate the trunks of their cars with different biblical themes. As the kids move from car to car, the stories will continue and connect with one another. There is candy at each car. Also, food and drinks will be available as well for anyone who would like them.
Q: Are my children safe?
A: Absolutely! Adults will be looking after the children through the duration of the event, and the cars are parked in our parking area with the trunks facing the church and away from the street.
Q: How much does this cost?
A: "Trunk or Treat" is a outreach program and is 100% free. Feel free to bring as many children as you would like. We will have free food and beverages along with puppet shows and music for your entertainment. Feel free to stop by or stay for the whole event! We would love to see you all there! The more the merrier!
Q: What else do I need to know?
A: We are a church, so we ask that any adults that are dressed up need to be wearing appropriate attire for the children. Along with the trunks, children will have the opportunity to visit our "Butterfly Productions" area where there will be puppets and even more candy. Also, there will be music as well as much more!
Anyone is welcome to join us on October 31st at Bellwood Baptist Church. We hope to see you there! It is truly a blessing for everyone involved to see the children leave happy. Thank you!
